that would've been very ignorant of them to do that. obviously his biggest fear wasn't pain after what he put himself through, it was just death and the unknown.pain is predictable,death isn't.

if lily had stayed with snape there would be NO harry potter.which means lily would be involved the DA and snape wouldn't be snape because he wouldn't be as bitter as he is.he would have seen being with lily as a victory over james.

i luv both series equally and (this is just me) could never choose.yes twilight is really completely focused on teenage girls whereas harry potter can be understood and loved by anyone(if they're willing).it touches on your beliefs;do believe in good prevailing?do you believe in an afterlife? twilight just focuses on love…

have u finished it yet? its amazing. i've never really given that much thought behind the names and creatures J.K. Rowling used in HP. i've finished it and i still go back and look stuff up.

I think it ended the way it did because she didn't want harry to become a murderer. yeah,voldemort deserved it -and much worse too-but then what kind of message would that send? harry would just be stooping to voldemorts level.

u know she actually wanted to put gigantic list of all the people in the books listing there job, spouses,children,etc.the publisher thought it would be too long and boring, so she had to cut it out.I THINK it was on harry, a history; Melissa's book website
