• they had caught lots of scenes in the past of more important things like the prophecy... i don't think they would give attantion to these details, after all crabbe and goyle are not so important are they?

• the only obvious mistake was in the first movie,when Wood caught the 'snich' with bare hands when in the deathly hallows skrimgeour says than noone can touch her except from the first to caught her in the game and Wood is a goal keeper,not a seeker...
