Guys, i saw the movie today and believe me, you will not be disappointed. it is a very good, faithful adaptation of a book and generally a very good film. I would overally give it some 85% because there were some things i did not like but generally i was pleased. on the negative part the things that worried me were - shaky…

Guys! i watched the movie too. It was on thursday and I absolutely loved it!!! AMAZING! one of the best films ive ever seen. Just like Henrick said it is a piece of art, actors are at their best, both Dunst and Gainsbourg should be definitely nominated for an Oscar, the cinematography is stunning, visual effects are great…

This reminds me, was Parvati in this movie? When Padma yelled, I didn't see anywhere near her. no Parvati indeed is in the movie although just for a second while Voldemort is having the speech at the courtyard.

protective enchantments!

Hermione! and Luna, Ginny, Harry, Dumbledore, McGonagall.

Parvati is not cut you can see her behind Sprout, Slughorn and Madame Pomfrey in the time of Voldemort´s speech. It is definitely her. That´s the only time you can see her though.

Also, while people have been saying HP isn't epic, and wasn't intended to be, I would like to know their thoughts on why there was about a thousand Death Eaters crowded around Hogwarts before the battle began, who all conveniently disappeared when the forcefield collapsed, if Yates did not intend to make it epic in scale.…

OK I feel like I've talked the battle to death, but I do have to chime in here when some people mention the whole "just like the book" thing. No. No, it wasn't. In the book, every character practically - the trio, Neville, Luna, Ginny, Molly, Arthur, Kingsley, Slughorn, Seamus, Trelawney, Sprout etc etc, they all got their…

Im probably going to get slaughtered for this! But it needs saying I think everyones caught up in 'love' to appreciate that in all honesty this film could have been soooooooooooo much more Ive said it all along, David yates is all about style over substance! I reckon they got too wrapped up in the spectacle of the final…

i didnt cry though i had hoped i would.

man anybody who stays full on negativity in the last days before the release of the final movie doesnt deserve to be considered a Harry Potter fan. And why is that? Are Harry Potter fans not allowed to express opinions? Are we all to conform to the idea that no matter how a movie turns out, if it is of the Harry Potter…

I can only give it a 6/10. Hopefully when I see it again I'll like it more, but I doubt it. My expectations were so, so high, and it just didn't live up to them. It didn't do justice to the book, or DH pt. 1. i agree absolutely. i would give it a bit more though 7/10. or in owls terms acceptable

i watched the film yesterday and although i would love to say that i was amazing my mind says that it wasnt. It was okay but there were many flaws already posted here by others. The lack of actual battle was so annoying and im not the one that would especially love battles. but the battle was really short and what annoyed…

I absolutely agree with Lord Stafford! those dementors from PoA are far scarier than those from OotP, not even mentioning those from DH1 - they are totally underused which is a pity, great great pity! that scene in a ministry of magic is generally great , i love the trio escaping through fireplaces too but i think when the…
