Just noticed during the C.A scene that no one knew the HP2 spell Aragna eximae (or something like that). Instead, they were using stupefy. It's a shame 2nd years know more spells than aurors/deatheaters...

I love the HP fans. A normal person would have said : "I saw a plane which looked like a triangle. It must have been an UFO." A potter fan says : "I saw a plane which looked like the Deathly Hallows sign. It must have been an UFO." Wasn't it a stealth bomber from the US airforce or something like that ?

It's just because he doesn't want to be hated for the rest of his life by the potter fans, otherwise, HP would have had an award.

Oo and I even forgot the awesome photography we had !

Well what I don't understand is that DH2 had everything a movie could dream of. -A great storyline because it comes from a book. -Great and mature directing -Beautiful cinematography -No editing errors -Mind blowing CGI -Great soundtrack -Tons of great sound effects -awesome actors as Alan Rickman but also some great young…

It's between Dan/Harry and Emma/Hermione Exactly.

anyway : we're all gonna die !!! :p

Well for me it was Umbridge to. I was soo "identified" to Harry Potter books and its characters that when Umbridge (or even Snape from 1-6) was being unfair with someone I was like : "WTF he didn't do anything wrong !!!!!!!".

@Toini01 Magic ;) Well maybe I'm wrong and the green screen is actualy correctly made but I feel like it's too long. That's why I want to know you point of view.

Well this scene was great but the ONE thing that ruined it was that they forgot to add the big tower and the rest of the castle in the background. Look, where did the rest of Hogwarts go (top of the picture) ? compared to this picture where we can clearly see the tower on top of the picture. This is imo a very very big…

Wow I just rewatched OotP and there really are quite a lot of editing and CGI problems... :| Well what was the most stunning was the CGI which did have a few issues I never noticed. Graup has a different colour than Hermione when he grabs her, when dumbledore's army members find themselves on the bridge just before flying…

Fair enough, but if you look at their placement in the film, the broomstick flight was in the beginning, allowing the audience into Harry's world, while the thestral flight is building into a climactic scene. It needed to be cut short in order to build up the tension. Harry wants to get there as quick as possible, as…

MWOOOOHAHAHAHAHAHA! Skyline 2 ?

The Thestral Flight, from OdF. Such a beautiful scene, with a nice music background. I loved it. How about you, guys? I have always loved this scene. I watch it on replay sometimes. :) Yeah it's great as mentioned above, but it really is too short to get as epic as some other scenes. To me it feels almost like a transition…

Cause it's christmas ! FUCK CHRISTMAS! Murderer !

THIS The entire scene serves Umbridges character perfectly! Shes been a bit of a nuiscance so far but this is the scene were the staff and students realise she means business! Her triumphant strutt across the courtyard with everyone watching, shes enjoying the power of the moment! And of course the best umbridge moment in…

But really what were the mistakes in HBP, I can't find that many. Some rough cuts like cutting away from Snape's face to the Weasley shop, cutting between the different backdrops at the Burrow, the inappopriate jump cuts when the inferi arrive and with too much emphasis on Harry's face rather than on the inferi. The film…
