Probably one of my best portraits. It will be printed on metallic paper and framed soon.

Editing the post. Some selfies. These two were published. Product photography: Kind of abstract:

I can forgive Yates's shortcomings when he decided to work with Delbonnel. http://www.diyphotography.net/harry-potter-half-blood-prince-cinematography-bruno-delbonnel/

Gotcha. I look for intellect in a person because I'm the type of guy who will sit for hours talking about religion, politics, mathematics, science, education, etc. I can't do that with someone who isn't educated.
-
Sure, but given Ron's self esteem issues, she may have made it sound more daring and challenging than it really was.
-
Exception to the rule. One instance of luck and not skill isn't impressive. And given that it is hearsay, we don't really know if she was embellishing his actions.

Stafford, Ron would lose against Draco and any other death eater. I just used LV as an example of how Harry duels. Then again, Harry won due to writers fiat.

I agree that Ron has wit, charm, and humor. But if he lacks intellect (he does) and is emotionally crippled, it matters not that he has all of those qualities. If he can't express how he feels, has petty jealousy, is inconsiderate of feelings, shallow, etc, then he's not a good match for anyone in the series we know of.…

Ron has never been able to do anything successful without riding on the coattails of Harry and Hermione. He does average at school because they are there. He does "well" in duels because they are there to provide support, along with other students and Order members. Let's look at Harry. This dude took on Voldemort five…

I'm a racist now?

Intelligent != intellect, broseph. And I;m aware of commitment in a relationship, having been a victim of a noncommittal partner in the past. But my point still stands: Hermione would eat her eyeballs out listening to Ron wax poetically about quidditch and other unimportant shit. The mantra of "opposites attract" is such…

Okay, Stafford. Name a single thing Ron would bring to the relationship. He's emotionally crippled. Stupid. Average. Cowardly. Can't succeed on his own. The list of his negative qualities goes on. Frankly, there's not a single character in the series that's good for him. I don't think there's anyone in the series for…

Harvard implies intellect, which is a fantastic character trait for someone you're potentially going to love and cherish for the rest of your life. This is even more relevant if you're going to have kids as you want those genes. I won't date a stupid person. Period. I won't be that mathematician who dates a high school…

I think intellect should be an important trait to look for when finding someone. What the hell are Hermione and Ron going to talk about that's important? She'd be bored of him, especially when he loses his job as an Auror since he's an incompetent fool.
-
Let's face it: Ron is a fucking idiot and Hermione is too good for him. Them getting together is like a Harvard grad marrying a high school drop out.

Playing around with my new baby, the Canon 70-200mm f/4 IS USM lens.

The poster on the left is superior because there isn't a pole sticking out of his head. TDK poster is just awful.

Except the Persians weren't beasts. At least as far as I know. I need to check my history book to be sure.

Is the new 300 going to be racist conservative nonsense like the first? THIS IS AMERICA!

Where can I find the Remus backstory on Pottermore?
