@richard : I'm sorry but the leaked script seems to be true.... more it's true ! Moreover, Ray Fearon' cv does not the actor make an appearance in Deathly Hallows... the same way that Bill is not attacked during the battle of Seven Potter ! After that, I can understand your judgment :)
