CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW IN HEAVENS NAME MALFOY BECAME THE MASTER OF THE ELDER WAND , DUM WAS THE MASTER THEN MALFOY DISARMED HIM , SNAPE FINISHED HIM OFF BUT ONLY BY DUM REQUEST , VOLD KILLED SNAPE BUT SNAPE WASN'T THE MASTER OF THE ELDER WAND

There it is, you already answered it yourself. If you read Deathly Hallows, there is a part when Harry and them were at Shell Cottage and they talked to Olivander after the escape from Malfoy Manor. Olivander told them about wandlore, how the wand chooses the wizard, noone knows why, not even him. And how when a wand is won it changes loyalty over to the new owner. The wand can be won by killing or disarming your opponent by force or by a disarming spell (expelliarmus) and etc.
I don't believe Malfoy had to kill Dumbledore to become the owner of the elder wand, after all, Dumbledore never killed Grindelwald, he just defeated him and took the wand and Grindelwald was locked in Nurmengard for his crimes.
The elder wand doesn't have to be won over by killing your opponent as everyone thought, those were just stories cause the wand attracted so much wizards that wanted its power that they would kill for it. So like you already said too, Harry disarmed Malfoy, so any wand that is in Malfoy's ownership at the time, changes over to Harry. Which he was lucky and got both Malfoys and the Elder wand.
