Yeah! Me too! Thursday (Digital 2D), Friday (IMAX), and Sunday (Regular). Different experiences all the time! It's so nice to be a Potterhead!

whats the difference betwen digital 2D and regular?

Where I live I've got five options for theaters. You can find out what you have at fandango.

1. film
2. digital
3 . XD (extreme digital)
4. iMax digital
5. iMax film (not sure of this)

The regular digital screenings I've seen have been rather poor. Low contrast, no details in the shadows, washed out color.
Theaters charge a couple bucks more for XD, but that's what I saw, and it was the best movie experience I've had. Great picture, comfortable seats, great sound.

Of course with film you gets extras, like scratches and blemishes. When I saw SS, the film melted during the chess game.

I watched it today with a good friend, my nephew (9 years) and niece(11 years) and i didn't enjoy it! I'm a huge Harry Potter fan and it think this is a very good movie. But my niece was nagging the whole film. So i didn't enjoy it. But i will see it next saturday with another god friend.

I've seen it twice. Midnight, and early Saturday afternoon. I'll probably see it for a third time next week when I have school off.
