So after listning to now the new samples, here are my top 5:

1. Ron's Speech: ...just wow. Its epic, emotional, and by far one of the best tracks from the entire Potter series. AND WE HAVEN'T EVEN HEARD THE ENTIRE SCORE!
2. Ministry of Magic: I can just picture Harry or someone sneaking around the Ministry to this. For some reason, I loved it more then most of the songs on the samples, just due to how I can just picture that scene.
3. Harry And Ginny: freaking love this track. The piano is amazing and just shows that the relationship is tragic like the playing of the song. Sums up the relationship perfectly. Sad but also beautiful.
4. Sky Battle: Yeah, "Desplat can't compose action music" Yeah, MY @$$! It sounds something out of Star Wars or Indiana Jones. Again, LOVE LOVE LOVE the connections to Williams.
5. The Exodus: reminds me so much a Nick Cave/ Warren Ellis score with the solo violin. Haunting and just brilliant.

Some notable mentions: Ron Leaves, Snape To Malfoy Manor, The Elder Wand, Denotators, and Obliviate.
Desplat: thank you! Just thank you for me, the best score since PoA.

Well I like the Amazon sample. The one on the DH soundtrack website is not as good. I think it won't be one of the best tracks because it is all just loud sounds, in order to make it climactic as Ron destroys the Horcrux. I think that is what we hear in the website sample. But the amazon sample really, REALLY stood out to me. I don't know where that will fit into the scene though. I hope it is in the film.

Wow! The ones on the http://deathlyhallowssoundtrack.com/ sound so much better! I mean I liked the sound of the soundtrack before, but there seems to be so much emotion to some tracks and Williamsesquness to the action cues. They're in better quality than on amazon I think too. Still no real sign of Hedwig's theme to my ears, but I'm sure it's there somewhere. Wish I could listen to the bonus tracks.

Yeah, I didn't hear anything similar to Hedwige's Theme yet. I mean, I'm loving the soundtrack, but Desplat said the JW's themes were underused, so I expect Desplat will use them more than Hooper or Doyle did.

Now, after the soundtrack, I can firmly believe that DH1 will be the darkest film yet. The music is so rich, so deep and full of emotion and pending darkness.
