I hope it's a brand new trailer, with new loads of new footage instead of a rehash of all the footage we've seen. And I hope it doesn't have Voldemort with the Elder Wand in it, and the "I've seen your heart..." line. Anyway, back to your question lolol: I want to see Umbridge too, properly, hopefully with a little dialogue from her. I also want to see the torture scene, but edited so we just see a quick glance at Hermione's distressed face and hear a loud scream as it cuts to the next shot. I'd like to see a glimpse of the Doe walking through the woods. Maybe a shot of Bathilda Bagshot in the attic. Grimmauld Place. Kreacher. Any new shots of Malfoy Manor.

Well I'd like:

1.Seven Potters arriving at the Burrow. More footage from that intense sequence
2.Mundungus in Diagon Alley hiding from Death Eaters
3.Umbridge.Definitely.And more footage from the Dementor chase,the skirmish in the Atrium or even the fight with Umbridge and DEs in the courtroom.
4.More Camping/Travelling scenes in the wilderness.
5.Little bit more of Godric's Hollow/Bathilda
6.The Silver Doe! We haven't seen it at all. As well as any new shots of the underwater scene or the Horcrux battle.
7.More Malfoy Manor definitely. Some bit of Hermione being tortured, Harry and Ron violently pulled to the dungeons, Bellatrix stunning/attacking the Snatchers, Harry and Ron duelling with the Malfoys,Bellatrix and the remaining Snatchers.Anything.

There is no official announcement because this is either the featurette which will include a great deal of new shots or a new trailer that will not be released right now with a specific film in the theaters but will play later in November.

I hope we get a new trailer, so that it can be a final one with a lot of new footage and a huge montage at the end. Hopefully then WB will launch the final HP site with the trailer, score samples and more.

I am hoping to see more Ministry, camping, Horcrux and Malfoy Manor.

I don't know about 7 Potters battle. It seems we got a lot of that. I really don't want to be spoiled.
