Don't be so sure to count it out, the extended versions are determined by the director and Yates was disappointed he had to cut OotP down. But since it was almost 3 hours they had to cut something. Yates seems to think about the fans' feelings so hopefully he won't disappoint...especially since he's did the last 3 after that.

Matt Lewis said they did the brains scene and he was disappointed that it was cut.

Yeah i read a script of the battle and soo much was cut out. And they were gunna film st mungos but it was too expensive

I'd at least like to see Yates' true, untouched version of the battle in the Department of Mysteries. I thought the battle was cool overall, but I felt the part with the kids battling was a bit too systematic, and the part where the Order came was great, but just too short.
