So anti-climactic!All these books we were trying to find out how Harry will defeat Lord Voldemort.
But, instead of a rather climactic showdown, we had to see a whole mystery about wands and nothing else.
That's kind of annoying, actually.
Anyway, it was a rather enjoyable book with lots of intresting plotlines but the final part of the battle was a bit ew.
And I just ignore the Epilogue.
I supposed that it would have to do something with that and not about the wandlore.
Honestly,it wasn't TERRIBLE as an idea but we could have had some hints or more feedback about the wandlore in the previous books.
I don't know.I loved DH as a whole but the duel between Voldemort and Harry was not good at all, in my opinion.
So it seemed to me that the ultimate destruction of Voldemort was not only the destruction of the Horcruxes but also the fact that Harry should have learnt and deciphered all about wandlore.
Not bad but just disappointing after all these years of anticipation.
It's was a Great end of the book! with the big fight at hogwarts, and then You-Know-Whos dead!
(If there is spell mistakes, is it because i come from Denmark ;))
i think that was the only way that harry could keep his innocece...
i didin't like it and i didn't like the epiloge,but i expected more..
I know Harry is 'good' and everything but I would like to have seen the Killing Curse used on Voldemort for once.
Or perhaps Neville chops his head off with the sword.
But it was'nt as a thought it would be.
obviously his biggest fear wasn't pain after what he put himself through, it was just death and the unknown.pain is predictable, death isn't.
