HBP Full Movie Summary! Screening...ATTENTION ¡MAJOR SPOILERS!
So, this is a full summary of the movie...almost everything is in it!! ENJOY!!...It´s in several part cuz it´s very long!
The movie opens with a scene from Order of the Phoenix of Dumbledore and Harry at the ministry on the night that Sirius dies, standing in front of a barrage of flash bulbs. Then it transitions to the WB logo and title card Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Then it cuts to an interior shot of an ultra modern office building overlooking the Millennium Bridge. There are dementors flying through the air and then the bridge starts to wave violently and then collapses with lots of people on it. Next we see on hand attacks on muggles and Diagon Alley. We do see someone who we can all guess is Ollivander being taken away struggling with a bag over his head by masked Death eaters while is Shop is being smashed.
In the next scene we see Harry reading about the bridge in the Daily Prophet at a tube-side coffee shop in Little Whinging. He flirts with the waitress and asks her what time she gets off work. But he is distracted by a passing train. When the train finally clears out, we see Dumbledore standing importantly on the platform. Harry joins him and immediately he is whisked away (side-along apparition) to Slughorns house.

When harry arrives at the Burrow, he sees Ginny reading through a window and gazes up at her. When he actually enters, Ginny greets him with the hug. It's not just her though; everyone is ecstatic Harry's arrived, because it was unexpected. Harry's trunk and Headwig suddenly appears.
Then soon after, Narcissa and Bellatrix arrived at Spinners End. They knocked on Snapes house. Wormtail answers the door, and then Snape using magic slams the door in Wormtails face shutting him out of the sitting room. Bellatrix goes to the mantle over the fire place and starts picking things up. Snape snaps at her to "Put that down" and Bella glares but puts it down. Bellatrix didnt question Snapes loyalty. Snape and Narcissa did the unbreakable vow.
At the Burrow, there is some tension between Ron and Hermione when Ron wipes spearmint toothpaste off of Hermione's cheek. Then Harry, Ron and Hermione sat around in Ron's room talking about people thinking Dumbledore's not as sharp as he used to be.
Steaming up a window on the Hogwarts Express, Lavender with her breath and draws a heart with R + L inside it. Harry uses the invisibility cloak and spies on Malfoy. Malfoy announces that he would be busy this year to Pansy and Blaise. Just then the small bag in the upper rack shifts. Malfoy's eyes play over it. The Hogwarts Express steams and gets near into the station. Ron and Hermione step into the crowded aisle. Hermione realized that Harry is missing but Ron said that he must probably be on the platform already. As Blaise and Pansy exits the compartment, Malfoy takes down the small bag, grips the handle thoughtfully. He slides and shuts the door and lets the blind down. Malfoy then said Didn't mummy ever tell you it's bad manners to eavesdrop, Potter? Petrificus Totalus! Malfoy points his wand at the luggage rack. Something hits the floor. The Invisibility Cloak slips away and reveals Harry, paralyzed on the floor. Malfoy grins and brings his boot down hard on Harry's face. Blood squirts from Harry's nose. Malfoy snatches up the Invisibility cloak, pitches it over Harry and left. At the station, Malfoy steps off, pulls his cloak tight and disappears into the night. Cut to Luna humming slightly and wanders down the aisle wearing red and blue Spectrespecs. Up ahead one compartment's blinds are shut. Luna stops humming Cocks her head curiously. As she does, the light from an overhead lantern kicks off the cheap plastic lenses of her glasses and a fluttering cloud appears. Luna's silhouette swells over the blinds, then the door opens. She calmly draws her wand and sends forth a blast of red light. The Invisibility Cloak slithers from Harry's body. Harry asks her how she finds him. She told him that it is because his head is full of Wrackspurts.
The next day is the first day of classes. McGonagall spots Harry and Ron along the wall, just chilling, acting like teenage boys, and calls to Harry and asks him what he is doing. He tells her he and Ron have a free period. And she asks him why he isn't in potions. She explains that he can take potions now that Snape is not teaching it. That she says "Go take Mr. Weasley with you, he is enjoying himself a little too much over there."
In the Potions Lesson, Slughorn gave Harry and Ron old potion books. He then showed his class three potions and Hermione indentified them. When she explains the Amortentia, she smells the spearmint toothpaste that Ron wipes off in her at the burrow. She finally explains the Felix Felicis. Slughorn offers it as a prize in his lesson. With the help of his Potions book, Harry wins the Felix Felicis. Soon after it was revealed that the Half-Blood Prince was former owner of his Potions book.
In a private lesson, Dumbledore explained about the memories he collected and showed one particular memory to him through the Pensieve. It was when Dumbledore first visited a young Tom Riddle in the Wools Orphanage. Tom thought he was a doctor then to prove he was different, he burst the closet into flames. Then Tom reveals to Dumbledore that he can make things move without touching them, he can also make bad things happen to people who are mean to him and he can speak to snakes. As Harry plunges out the Pensieve, Harry asks if Dumbledore knew that he met the most dangerous wizard of all time. Dumbledore then replies, No
It was a snowy Quidditch Match. Ginny and Dean is in Harrys team. Luna sports a Lion hat that roars. Lavender is very supportive of Ron while Hermione is annoyed. The Gryffindor wins the game. Back at the common room teems with students celebrating their victory. It feels like And Ron is right smack in the middle of it. The crowd yells, Weasley! Weasley! Weasley! Harry takes his backslaps on the periphery, smiling as he sips a Butterbeer and enjoys Ron's turn in the spotlight. Hermione tells Harry that Ron is enjoying himself and he replies, Yep. Apparently it's his lucky day.
The first kiss of Lavender and Ron was witnessed by both Harry and Hermione. Harry watches with a grin and Hermione faces slowly turns from a smile to looking utterly heartbroken. She quietly turns away to leave, and just as she leaves Harry turns and notices. She is far less angry than she is just heartbroken. She does send the birds she conjures at Ron and it miss him.
Hermione reads the Daily Prophet as she walks in the Hogwarts corridor with Harry. Harry tells Hermione what Mr. Weasley told him about Malfoy. But they cannot figured out why Malfoy would need a vanishing cabinet. Hermione tells Harry that Draco looks different and ill. Harry then replies, Who could tell the difference?
Lavender flirts with Ron, That's my Won-Won. Hermione then says, Excuse me, I have to go vomit. As Hermione exits, Harry spies Ginny sitting by as Dean laughs with Seamus. Looking up,
Ron was staring lovingly at the moon from the boys' dormitory window. Harry comes into the room and Ron tells Harry that he's in love. Harry sits on his bed and Ron climbs on right next to him. Harry says, "I thought you were getting tired of her" or something and Ron gets offended, Harry gets confused, thinks they're talking about Lavender but Ron says he's talking about Romilda Vane and asks to be introduced. Harry asks if Ron's eaten something, Harry sees the empty wrappers and box and puts two and two together and gets him to Slughorn's office. Harry asks Slughorn for the antidote, Slughorn lets them in, and he concocts the potion. At one point Ron comes from behind Slughorn and hugs him and so Harry sets him down on the couch (scene is shot with Harry and Slughorn in front, couch behind). Slughorn wonders why Harry couldn't just perform the potion himself but Harry says it's particularly strong and Slughorn agrees. Ron is acting goofy in the back, at one point he sits on the back seating of the couch and falls off! After they get Ron right, Slughorn pulls out a flasks, pours glasses, and they toast to their health. Ron of course slurps his down before the others and he immediately collapses. He starts going a bit gray, convulsing, foaming at the mouth a bit; Harry freaks out, tells Ron to breathe, yells at Slughorn to do something, Slughorn is too stunned to move so Harry hurries through his potion supplies, pulls out a bezoar and pops it into his mouth.
Then cuts to Ron lying unconsciously on a bed with Ginny to the left and Hermione to the right. Harry and Slughorn are standing at the foot of the bed and Pomfrey enters to tend to him. McGonagall, Snape, and Dumbledore enters, inquires what happened. Slughorn said it was the meade which was gift and that it was actually meant for Dumbledore himself. Lavender bursts in, cries about her Won-Won, sees Hermione, is indignant and angrily wonders why she's there. Hermione retorts back and says she should be asking the same thing. Ron begins to startle and Lavender rushes to his side, holds his hand, and exclaim that he knows it's because she's there. Ron begins to mumble and eventually says, "Her-Mion-Ne." Lavender looks angry and hurt. She runs out of the room and Hermione looks triumphant. Dumbledore comments something along the likes of, "Ah, the pangs of being a teenager in love." McGonagall gives a look and Snape rolls his eyes. Snape, Dumbledore and McGongall leaved the hospital wing, Harry is the last to leave
In a bathroom, Harry and Draco throw spells at each other as Nigel sits frozen on one of the toilets. Snape runs in shortly and McGonagall is in the doorway after Harry cast Sectusempra. He cures Dracos wounds with a spell. But he does not use legilimency on Harry, who runs straight out of the bathroom to McGonagall. In the next scene Hermione and Ginny convinces Harry to hide the Half-Blood Princes Potions book. Then Ginny takes Harry into the Room of Requirements. Harry eyes the shelves that tower above him and the odd things they hold. Ginny reveals that Fred and George first showed her this when she is in her first year it is where she hid Tom Riddles diary for a time. As Ginny drifts off in memory, Harry studies her, and then a scuffling sound is heard nearby. They turn, look off. Harry and Ginny approach, the scuffling grows louder. Harry reaches out, pulls aside the tapestry and saw the cabinet door vibrates. Slowly, he opens it and a black bird flies free. Then Ginny asks him to close his eyes so that Harry will not know where she hid the book Ginny slips the book from his fingers and starts to back away. Harry still waiting. For a long moment, there is only silence. Then a shadow gently eclipses Harry's face. Ginny then leans in and kisses Harry. He opens his eyes and watches Ginny back away, then disappear around the corner. He stares at the empty air, blinking, and then watches the black bird flutter overhead.
Harry drinks Felix Felicis. Under its influence, he went to Hagrids for Aragogs burial. Slughorn joined him. Hagrid and Slughorn sing a song about Odo the Hero. Harry convinces Slughorn to give him the memory that Dumbledore needs. Finally, Slughorn gives him the memory.
It was another lesson from Dumbledore. He asks Harry about Slughorn. Harry shrugs. Harry notices a drawing on Dumbledore's desk, one of Tom Riddle's drawings seen at the orphanage of the cave. Then he peered into the Pensieve. The memory reveals that Slughorn told Tom Riddle what a Horcrux is and how to make one. Another revelation is that Tom made seven horcruxes. It dissolves back to Dumbledores office. Dumbledore holds up his withered hand, silencing him, turns away. Dumbledore however is truly surprised to learn that Riddle made seven Horcruxes. Harry asks what exactly they are. Dumbledore tells him it can be anything that it can be a ring or a book. Dumbledore shows Tom Riddle's diary and confirm that it is a horcrux and so is the ring which belonged to Voldemorts mother. Harry learned that if he destroys the horcruxes, he will destroy Voldemort. Dumbledore brought the ring out, and Harrys fingers make contact and touch it. Then images flash: Voldemorts face twisted in pain, an ancient cup, Nagini slithering through the grass and Dumbledore slipping the ring onto his finger while his skin decays. Harrys hand releases the ring. It sprang up and spins across the desk before collapsing again. Then Harry cocks his head as in when Voldemort was possessing Harry. And Dumbledore stared at him and the ring, seeming to make the connection. Harry figured out that the reason Dumbledore is leaving the school is he is looking for Hocruxes. Dumbledore then reveals that he thinks he found another but he cannot destroy it alone. He tells Harry, Once again, I shall ask too much of you.
Next scene is Harry stands at the window of a corridor, looking out. He brings his fingers to his chest again when Hermione comes up behind him and says, Harry, its time. Then Harry, Hermione and Ron walk in the courtyard. He asks Hermione if the Room of Requirement is unplottable. She replies, If one wants it to be, why? Harry then figured out that when Malfoy
Dumbledore meets Harry at the top of the Astronomy tower and they apparate to exteriors of the cave. As they are leaving, Harry is surprised that that they can apparate from within the Hogwarts grounds, and Dumbledore says thats the beauty of being headmaster.
Dumbledore finds their way to the anti-chamber and slits his hand. The wall crumbles away and Dumbledore explains to Harry that Voldemort would have set up defenses around the Horcrux. The whole cave is a vast formation of huge crystals, jagged and rough, jutting out from the ceiling walls and floor. They make their way to the water and Dumbledore cautions Harry not to touch it and he started to raise the boat with magic. Then he has Harry reel it in with a very heavy long chain. The island is a formation of crystals as is the basin. A large white clam shell partially imbedded in a small rock is used to scoop up the potion. Dumbledore tells Harry to force him to drink the potion. Dumbledore softly mumbled, Please dont hurt them, its all my fault. Then after the last scoop is drunk, Dumbledore asks Harry for water. He gets slightly weaker each time he says it. But first Harry goes back to the Basin and recovers the locket. Harry attempts to fill the basin with water the Aguamenti charm, but can not get the scoop the water up. After trying several times and Dumbledore starting to collapse he goes to the lake to fill it there. Suddenly the light that was emanating from the island with the basin goes out, and Harry lights his wand and slowly reaches down to scoop up the lake water. The moment he touches it a hand reaches out and grabs Harrys wrist. Harry tries to fend off the inferis with all the spells we hear him try in the books. But in the end he is pulled down into the water. Harry is trying hopelessly to defend himself and Dumbledore from them as they clambered onto the island from all different angles and the sheer number of them eventually overwhelms Harry and he is pulled down deep into the lake.
Suddenly the inferi holding Harry releases him and he swims up to a surface covered in a ring of fire conjured by Dumbledore fending off the inferis. Harry and Dumbledore climb back in the boat and the scene then cuts to Harry and Dumbledore emerging from the cave. Harry says, Don't worry, sir. We're nearly there while Dumbledore replies, I am not worried, Harry. I am with you.
Flitwick conducts a group of fifth years in the Great Hall. McGonagall stands in the courtyard as the choir drifty faints on the night air. She glances up to the sky then spies a pair of students straggling across the courtyard. She commands them to go back into their houses. As they scuttle off, she looks back to the sky. Snape standing silently, staring at the gathering storm. In the Gryffindor Common Room, Ron and Hermione sit together and glances toward the window.
At the Hospital Wing, Draco then swings out of bed. Malfoy then glides into the corridor unnoticed by the sixth years who are hanging out and giggling. When he reached the Room of Requirements, he pulls the tapestry, from the Vanishing Cabinet and steps back.
Then cut to Harry and Dumbledore apparating back to the top of the astronomy tower; but as Dumbledore says he needs Severus not Madame Pomfrey they hear a commotion and Dumbledore orders Harry to go and hide and not come out or interfere. Harry goes underneath the wooden floor of the tower where Dumbledore is standing where he can see everything through large gaps between the wood slates. Draco arrives and Dumbledore convinces him that he is not a murderer.
Then the Death Eaters arrive all in masks except Bellatrix and Greyback. Bellatrix urges Draco to do it though his wand lowers slightly.
Meanwhile under the floor Harry who is watching terrified with his wand at the ready is sneaked up on by Snape, whose wand is also out and puts his finger to his lips to make sure Harry remains quiet. Then Snape quietly appears above, and Dumbledore pleads Severus, Please.
And Snape performs the Avada Kadavra curse, and Bellatrix is ecstatic. Dumbledore is then lifted into the air and falls down the side of the tower. Then Bellatrix casts the Dark Mark. The Death eaters all run out, destroying a bit of the castle in a euphoric tantrum along the way. There is no battle inside Hogwarts and the only one to chase them is Harry. Bellatix and the others run through Hogwarts triumphantly and Hagrids hut is set on fire. Snape blocks all of Harry's curses. Harry then called him a coward. Snape quietly reveals him hes the Half-Blood Prince and his last words to Harry are You may have your mothers eyes but you are as dim as your father!
Harry standing alone looking at his dormitory, then he goes downstairs where Hermione Ginny and Ron are sitting solemnly in the common room. One of them says "Harry's here" and they all turn to look. Harry, Ron and Hermione, along with Ginny, all go up to the Astronomy tower. Hermione says that its hard to believe that the locket contains a piece of Voldemort's soul. He reveals that, "Actually, it doesn't. Its a fake. Open it, see for yourself." Hermione opens it and finds the note and reads it. Harry says he knows that R.A.B has the real locket and they have to find him or it while Ginny and Ron are sitting on a sculpture behind them quietly listening. Harry announces that he is going to hunt for the horcruxes alone. Hermione pretty much just says that they're going with him and Ginny, having neither said a word nor been spoken too, simply turns away and walks off looking heartbroken as the trio talk about their plans. The trio watches Fawkes flying joyously through the blue sky and away

any new info about the 'battle' at hogwarts, wilbo?
Well we at least know the improvement in cinematography from Order to Prince is as big, if not better than the improvement in cinematography between Chamber and Prisoner.
There is also the fact that most are saying the film flows incredibly well.
To me it sounds like that, as long as your not a purist, this is going to be your favourite HP film by quite a long shot.
No, unfortunately those posts have included all the information that's been revealed to us.
I think that with Bruno being the cinematographer, the film will be absolutely amazing, in terms of art and visual effects.
Now about the Hogwarts sequence we know that:
-Bellatrix is ecstatic in the Great Hall
-The Death Eaters destroy few parts of the castle while they get out of it
-Hagrid's Hut is on fire
-Bellatrix curses Harry
-Snape battles with Harry in the forest
-Greyback attacks Harry
That's all we know...unfortunately.
But I think that it will be a rather artsy chase. Look at the pathway through the forest and the Gates. They're amazing. And with this cinematography and these angles, I think we'll see a really eerie chase sequence through the castle and the grounds. I hope so, at least.
They said that Greyback attacks Harry in a scene and it's a pretty 'tough' scene...it can't be at the Burrow. So it's safe to say that it's in the film.

No...it's not in the film. That magazine wrote about the book...not the movie ^__-
I can vaguely remember reading about this, but only very vaguely. I don't suppose you'd be able to find the article, would you?
I remember an article about Harry and Greyback having a tough battle scene and I remember that they even called it 'Harry's bloodiest battle' because Greyback is quite scary. It can't be at the Burrow, though. Greyback doesn't attack Harry...he's attacking Ginny and he mostly tries to trap them in the middle of the reeds. Anyway, I'll search for this...And I also DO REMEMBER that Dave Lageno said something like "Daniel will have a tough guy to battle...me' or something like that...
It's in there. I've seen a couple of pictures.
Huh? What would we find on youtube?

ALTERNATE BURROW SCENE
- As he pursues him, she conjured fire snakes through the reeds toward Harry. Fred, George, Ron, Lupin, Tonks and Arthur fan out throughout the reeds. Ginny races through the reeds. Bellatrix leads Harry on. Ginny peers into the smoking marsh. A figure quivers through the veil of smoke. Ginny's eyes shift, see Bellatrix racing forward through the reeds, and then shift back as the veil of smoke evaporates that reveals Greyback. Bellatrix makes a signal and Greyback edges forward, sweeping away the reeds in front of him. Harry pelts forward as Ginny warned him, No, Harry! It's a trap! Harry falters, looking toward Ginny's voice and spies Greyback. Bellatrix stops dead, wheels in her tracks and, seeing Ginny, shrieks with rage. Raising her wand, she fires a bolt of red light which explodes in a shower of sparks around Ginny. Ginny fires back, then wheels away, flashing through the reeds coming face to face with Greyback, sharp teeth glittering. Just then, a bolt of blue bursts off Greyback's back and he turns sees Harry standing several yards off. As Greyback gives chase, Ginny pelts after and we cut back and forth between Harry, Ginny and the beast between them until... Greyback rushes into a clearing, panting, glancing about. Just then, twin bolts of light blast from opposite sides of the clearing and Greyback is lifted in the air, slammed to the ground. As he regains his feet he looks into the reeds and sees Harry and Ginny, wands poised. He grins when Bellatrix's odd clicking signal carries through the night once again. Turning away, he exits. Harry and Ginny slowly step out of the reeds, stare at each other wordlessly. Then Ron, Fred, George, Arthur and Lupin come thrashing into the clearing, stop. All around them, the reeds smoke, the flames dying. Across the marsh, Bellatrix's cackle rises briefly on the air--then all is quiet.

Hermione pretty much just says that they're going with him and Ginny, having neither said a word nor been spoken too, simply turns away and walks off looking heartbroken as the trio talk about their plans.
