Thank God for Nolan.... I hate trailers that spoil everything. I've been on this movie since day 1 and I still only vaguely know what's happening in it.
"If you make yourself more than just a man... If you devote yourself to an ideal... You become something else entirely- A Legend."
And I love that so much. We need more people like Nolan who believe in leaving lots of things to be unknown on a film until it's actually released. Like I'm not saying every single film should be like this, but many in the past could have taken this route and it would have been an even more enthralling experience.
Nolan is the proof that you can sell any good movie with a trailer that doesn't answer much, yet makes you curious. Amazing, and I'm glad he will be tackling a more emotional journey, as his films have been sometimes too serious (not that this is a bad thing, mind you guys). This could be his serious ticket to Oscar.
And that MUSIC! Elevated the trailer, Marianelli can do no wrong.
Quaalude fight: because drunk fight is too mainstream.
I'm already hearing Internet folk complain about it being confusing for the general audience. How the hell is that confusing? It was pretty straightforward to me... Even more so than the inception trailers.

About the confusing factor People seem to be forgetting who directed this! It´s obviously Inception style or even Memento I can see that. And worst, cause space and time traveling plots are already confusing without having Nolan there.... The only way I can be dissapointed with this movie is if I come out of it having understood everything in the first watch.

I don't see that. If I didn't know Nolan directed this, I'd say it looked more like a Steven Spielberg film. Overall a good trailer, but nothing mindblowing. It seems they don't want to spoil too much, which is fine.
Well, with auteurs like Spielberg and Nolan you know that they have a significant influence on the scripts. Heck, even Yates who is not what people would call an auteur, reportedly asked Kloves to do some rewrites on the script for the Deathly Hallows. And he also asked Kloves to cut down on the memory scenes in HBP.
Yates being an Auteur would be a great discussion... I just want to wait for another film of his outside of the HP universe. Right now I would say he's very small scale. I don't know who's idea it was to include that beautiful color pallet on HBP but I could kiss them.

"@edgarwright: Have heard from two different people that 'Interstellar' is Chris Nolan's best film. Bring on November. I want to see it in 65mm. Like, now."

Zimmer said on Facebook that the music of the trailer is not his:
"The trailer is NOT my music! You won't hear our score until you see the movie in a cinema. It's important to us to give everyone a fresh experience by not having given any of it away...Plus, you need really BIG speakers. Really BIG!"

Ok... We know the second one wasn't... I was 90% sure trailer 3 was...
But what about that first one??? Where did that track come from for the teaser?
Don't tell me this track is something else entirely and could be found in its entirety online?? No way!

Hans Zimmer has once again achieve mastery. This seems like the perfect blend of Angels and Demons / Man of Steel!

I guess I have to change my words... "Sentinal" sounds just like a blend of Man of Steel and Angels & Demons.
