Engage rant in 3.... 2.... 1....

The Internet truly has it's own mindset. For anyone reading the Box Office Forums or CBM forums, one gets the sense that certain movies are hated for no reason other than fanboyism and simply because it's just cool to hate.

Well... I think The Amazing Spider-Man was better than Raimi's movies.

I think The Phantom Menace is better than any of the OT.

Iron Man 2 was fun. Sue me.

I loved Prometheus.

is better than TASM

4 and 5 I like better than Phantom Menace, but man does episode 6 piss me the fuck off with Ewoks. Bunch of horse shit.

And yeah, every Iron Man is fun. The first is by far the best, but 2 was enjoyable. So far no Marvel film has been bad IMO. They've all been enjoyable on some level.

I thought Phantom Menace was excellent. It was first movie I had gotten to appreciate Liam Neeson's acting in (Hadn't watched Schindler's List at that point). He and Ewan McGregor made an excellent team. Natalie was also great as well. I must be one of the rare Star Wars fans NOT annoyed by Jar Jar Binks. Also, the race scene was awesome!

A film like Prometheus doesn't deserve to be called trash ever.

The light saber battle at the end of PM was legendary. When the door opens to reveal Darth Maul chills me each and every time, especially knowing Qui Gon is about to die
