hmmm Samuel Jackson,s is contracted for 9 movies so I really don,t think he is going to stay dead.
They all have contracts just in case. For example, the cast of Oz the Great and Powerful all have contracts for another film but I doubt it will happen.

The screenings reactions to the movie so far have been great; most of them have singled it out as the best movie of Phase 2 hands down, and on the level of Iron Man and Avengers; and, most of all, Marvel is putting such faith in the movie, that they have already hired the Russo Brothers to work with them on the sequel, which will face Batman vs. Superman, and the company haven't so much bat an eye, so far.
