  The Battle will be in the final film. I think that shot will set it up like the closing shot of Two Towers.

  Jackson is only going to be "finished" with the film the day it is due to the studio for distribution. He enjoys working and tweaking right up until the last few days, so he has a solid two months left.

  The score was finished on september but even a few days before the release everything can change.
  
  The score for part 1 suffered on the theatrical cut because jackson decided to have Shore rescoring several scenes, even using themes from LOTR that didn't had any room (like the Nazgul theme), and the score on Cd is different from the score in the film.

  Exactly, listen to the opening track "My Dear Frodo" from the score, and then listen from the film. Total different cues in both.

  there are rumors going around that the battle of dol guildur is being moved to film 3 how are they going to stretch beorns house to the mountain with a bil of dol guildur exploration and legolas scenes and tauriel scens into 3 hours and then cram dol guildur battle and the battle of five armies in the same amount of time in film 3
