Warm Bodies is being adapted to the big screen by the director of 50/50 and starts Nicholas Hoult, Teresa Palmer, John Malkovich
Synopsis: A tormented zombie (Nicholas Hoult) experiences a profound transformation after entering into an unusual relationship with the daughter (Teresa Palmer) of a military leader charged with eradicating the walking dead. As the unlikely pair builds a tenuous bridge between the living and the dead, those on both sides of the battle begin to sense that nothing in their world will ever be the same again.

My comments: I've read the novel. Besides the story being really original and not that stupid as the synopsis may sound, I wasn't a huge fan of the book. It's a little bit pretentious, trying really hard to be cool and smart with a lot of pop culture references. The characters are kinda annoying and I found really hard to empathize with them. But, I'm really curious to see how the story is going to be told on screen. I consider that a challenge actually. Let's wait and see!

Warm Bodies has nothing to do with Twilight. The book was acclaimed by the critics and by the readers. The book is indeed really smart. Maybe too smart for its own good. But it's unique. And it's much more an adult reading. There is drug, sex, gory sequences. And the girl, Julie, the main character, is such a bitch. That's why I didn't like the characters that much. I wasn't cheering for her because she is a whore LMAO
He starts the book saying: "I'm dead, but it's not that bad..."
It's funny. And just ignore Stephanie Meyer's comment on the cover.
"The sun persists in rising so I make myself stand."
Jesus.
They're literally shooting at their own foot with this. Do they really think this is going to draw more viewers?! It's obviously going to scare them away!

Anyone who has read the book has seen the movie already? I want to talk about a dramatic change in the movie that kinda ruined the climax for me.
