I attended a special Interactive screening of 'The Rocky Horror Picture Show' last night. To my surprise, a new trailer was shown. I had my phone in my hand so I started recording it.
Sorry about the fucking terrible quality and how my camera drifted off the screen at one stage. I was trying to hide my phone from the staff walking around the cinema waiting to take place in the RHPS screening.
It wasn't until the trailer was half way through that I remembered that I had a proper video camera in my pocket. I'm kicking myself now!!!
The movie has also been screened and critics are saying that if Lincoln was leading the Oscar Race, now things will change. Hathaway receiving raves and becoming a strong contender in the Supporting Actress category.
Anne Hathaway I think really has it in the bag. I don't know about Jackman, but I think Anne has a huge chance. This movie is going to be huge with critics, but I feel that picky fans won't like it. The story is so amazing. Hugo really understood the way the human mind and their emotions work.
This is going to be awesome. I watched the clips and Tom Hooper seriously revolutionized the way that these films work by having the actors sing live. It has such a real, organic quality to it and I'm so excited to see the film in full. Awesome casting, awesome musical, and the cinematography is stunning!
Man, I'm so sick of people complaining on the singing! It's amazing acting. Signing live creates not only a demand for vocals, but also acting. Russell Crowe is amazing!
The way it's shot is so interesting! Nothing like I would have suspected. I love the close-up of the factory women when they sing straight into the camera. It feels like they're attacking you.

I saw this today and wow, I barely knew anything about this until a couple weeks back and it really surprised me on so many levels. The emotion in it is wonderful and the whole cast was picked brilliantly. Every single voice was so unique and beautiful. I did a small review in the the rate movie thread but it's definitely a 9/10 from me. Very impressive I must say.
Oh and by the way, god I hope Hugh Jackman wins an Oscar for this and even though Anne Hathaway's character is only in it for about 1/3 of the film, her performance is Oscar worthy as well. I definitely can see this snatching up some awards at the Oscars.
BBC confirmed a Deluxe Edition of the Les Miserables sound track including 22 new tracks.
One month from today, that will change thanks to the release of Les Miserables‘ deluxe edition soundtrack!
According to the BBC, the Les Miserables extended soundtrack will include a whopping 42 tracks – 22 more than the original.
Sir Cameron Mackintosh, the producer of both the film and the stage versions of Les Mis, spoke to the BBC about the news: “Post-production on the Les Miserables film was extremely tight, with recording of the orchestra, final edit and sound mix having to be completed in only a few weeks. There was only enough time to remix a limited number of tracks so that at least a highlights album could be released for the fans before Christmas. We are delighted with the success of that album and very pleased that we can now add 22 more tracks.”
The BBC says the CD packaging will include “previously unseen photos from the film set as well as additional explanatory notes.”
You can pre-order the Deluxe Edition on Amazon’s U.S. store by using the box on the right. If you’re in the U.K., you can pre-order here
A track listing has not been revealed yet, but we presume all your favorites will be included this time around. We’ll share it with you when it’s unveiled.
The Les Miserables DVD/Blu-ray will hit store shelves March 22 – a mere three days after the deluxe edition is made available.

Anyway, here it is.
I really think this picture is from the finale.
And I'm so glad to hear the movie's so long! It's too much of an epic to be cut down.
Hope you like it!
My problem is when I read literary works with more realistic plots I often take forever to read it.
Give me a 800 page Potter book however and I have it read in 11 hours..
Hope you like it!
