  And guys Castor Troy is seriously evil. Hes probably the most evil, but I just love the way we see Joker and Voldemort on screen.

  I mean Rich...he wasn't that bad as to be classified a villain imo. Hector killed his brother. All Achilles would have been thinking about is revenge and anger. He did allow Hector's father to take his body away to give him a proper funeral rite. He let go of Briseis. He kinda became disillusioned with all the war and bloodshed( crying over Hector's dead body).
  
  He was a complex character! Like Snape!
  Rick mentioned it too! What's so special about Norman Bates being at 3 rather than being at 2?

  Honorable mentions go to Hans Landa, Frank Booth from Blue Velvet, Jill from Scream 4, Blue from Sucker Punch and possibly Darth Vader, even if I see him more as an anti-villain more than a full blown villain. Governor Tarkin is up there as well.
