Yep, they asked livejournal last night to remove it and I think they did.

So yeah, it must mean its real after all. I knew it from Phoenix but this 100% confirms it.

There were some inaccuracies with it (like Harry releasing Hedwig in the hallway instead of outside) but overall it seemed like it could be the real deal. As far as the inaccuracies/differences from images we've seen go . . . we know that filmmakers will often make slight changes on the fly and a movie is never 100% like the script.
