My two favorite shots are 'reaction shots': the shot of Harry's face after Snape says "You have your mother's eyes", and the shot of him looking down at the bodies of Lupin and Tonks. Both magnificently photographed and replete with subtle emotions.

I don't know if this counts, but it would have to be the one in sequence when Harry asks Sirius about Voldemort being able to see them or not... after that, his head turns to Lily.

That is just off hand, i'm bound to think of another, in time.

seems random but the first one i thought of is when everyone thinks he's dead and then he jumps out of hagrid's arms and yells confringo his expression was so determined like "ya bitch i'm still alive!"

In the final duel where the wands connect the first time in the courtyard (second time overall). Much better than the trailer shot that was cut.

Yes. The slow pan up on him and the determination in his face is awesome. Radcliffe does some amazing "facial performancing" right there.
