I can easily update this after watching through some of his most memorable. He is so wise and knowing, and tells it as it is...
It does not do to dwell on dreams, and forget to live.
It takes a great deal of bravery to stand up to your enemies, but a great deal more to stand up to your friends.
Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.
In dreams, we enter a world entirely our own. Let them swim in the deepest oceon, or glide over the highest cloud.
Soon, we must all face the choice between what is right, and what is easy.
Do not pity the dead. Pity the living, and above all, those who live without love.
Of course it is happening inside your head, but why should that mean it's not real.
Death is but the next great adventure.
And one or two that entirely ruined the respective scene(s)
Well, being me has it's privileges.
The whole 'Help with always be given...' in Deathly Hallows Part 2.

So Crucify the ego, before it's far too late, to leave behind this place so negative and blind and cynical. And you will come to find that we are all one mind, capable of all that's imagined and all conceivable.
"Death is but the next great adventure." I love this one because it reminds me of Peter Pan's quote, "To die will be an awfully big adventure."
"It is our choices, Harry, that show us who we really are... far more than our abilities."

As for the quote: this one is perhaps his last pearl of wisdom in the series and it is one of the best.
“Of course it is happening inside your head, Harry, but why on earth should that mean that it is not real?”

My favourite is the above one and this one(jointly):
“Do not pity the dead, Harry. Pity the living, and, above all, those who live without love. By returning, you may ensure that fewer souls are maimed, fewer families are torn apart. If that seems to you a worthy goal, then we say good-bye for the present.”
“That which Voldemort does not value, he takes no trouble to comprehend. Of house-elves and children’s tales, of love, loyalty, and innocence, Voldemort knows and understands nothing. Nothing. That they all have a power beyond his own, a power beyond the reach of any magic, is a truth he has never grasped.”
