GOF didn't have an electrified one, it was a burst of blue flame which is actually really the only one where the effect is tied to the movie.

I'd say HBP had the best though.

On a completely unrelated note, I just realised that there's another shot I don't think anyone mentioned was cut from DH. The one in the Part 1 trailer at 0:26 with the camera swooping along a valley towards a lake. It looks beautiful, but I wonder where it would have fitted in.
