Well some scenes which should have been emotionally crushing were almost emotionless because of the way they were filmed. The Great Hall aftermath scene springs to mind. The Weasleys crying over an unidentifiable body and the shot of those two cameo characters who appear for a minute per movie at most? Meh. But to say it wasn't more emotional overall than the other movies is ridiculous.
