@GodricGryffindor Well, the key should be right above the lockbox. Just click the key and drag it down.
It's not there! It says "Arriving at Diagon Alley" in the sliver storyline bar, but the little arrow that's supposed to take me to "Harry and Hagrid visit Gringotts" has a lock on it.

I use the keys. It's much easier for me. I can get Fully Body Blind with about 135 and the spell bellow it around the same. Full Body Blind is easy cause on the keyboard T,F,C are diagonal and P and L are.
I can't even cast incendio! and I noticed that no matter when I click the letter, it's still the same. I'm confused about how you do it though.. do I have to click on the next letter too. or? I can't get past the 2nd letter so ...
No joy for me again (day 2er) but my daughter (day 1) got in. She was SO nervous she brought her laptop downstairs for her sorting. She was desperate to get into Slytherin and, apparently, the sorting hat took her choice into account because she got it.
So get this. In 12 minutes (7-7:12) Griffindor went up 11pts, Ravenclaw up 3pts, Hufflepuff up 10pts, and Slytherin up 13pts. How does no one see that this is wrong? So unfair. Were working just as hard.
GG, I'm not in yet, so I don't know if I can really help, but I would suggest clearing your cache/internet history and if it's possible start from the beginning again. If that doesn't work try to report it if that's possible.
