Potions have been acting wonky lately. Sometimes I'll do the first set of instructions and click "come back later" for it to brew then watch it from the cauldron page and it will either never brew or automatically be at 100% but if you click on "this potion needs your attention" it will just make you do the first set of instructions again.
Its really hit or miss.
EDIT: Antidote to Common Poison is defiantly broke with the 100% glitch. Happened twice in a row. But Cure For Boils and Wideye or Awakening Potion I have no problem with.

I had the same issue with my profile but it mysteriously came back (after about 20 hours of "vanishing"). The only thing I have found to report something is under the Help section (bottom of the page) -- go to Help | Other | What's Next | Need more help -- then fill out the webform.
I'm also suffering through the Notifications problem (I do get email notification of friend requests and have 11 sitting next to the picture of the owl) and the Potions brewing is very wonky. I did brew potions successfully twice yesterday, but ever since then it's been at 100% and "this potion requires your attention".

The only thing that annoys me on Pottermore at the moment is the e-mail notifications... we get an e-mail when we accept a friend request... that's kind of annoying.
I agree. It would be better if there were more detailed options on email notifications, instead of simply on vs. off.
