    A resounding "meh". Get rid of the text and choose a better song where lyrics can actually be discerned. The color filter makes certain bits difficult to see as well.

    I was going through Vimeo the other day and happened upon this one.

    That one's great too, but the music really overpowers teh dialogue.

    Better song? This can't just be better it's so awesome.
    And the voices volume are perfect. Mayby about the last one when they say together.

    I was going through Vimeo the other day and happened upon this one.

    They need to add the filter so the DH2 scenes don't look out of place, seeing as it's bootleg quality.

    I could barely hear the dialogue half way into it. But the music is loads better than the 30 Seconds to Mars used in the clip shown in the OP. My "better song" comment was referring to the video in the opening post.

    Well, it's a fantastic video, but I love the OP video. The lyrics aren't that bad, and I love 30 Seconds to Mars. Plus, the style of the video had to work that way so that the Part 2 bootleg footage wouldn't stand out, the theme of the OP is also pretty great and innovative, what with matching the lyrics to characters, etc.

    Thanks for your thoughts, but my clips aren't just put there back to back. Even saying that shows a lack of comprehension of how it was edited, which could be determined by paying attention to everything in it. They are edited in a way that important deaths that happen in Harry's life occur during key moments in the song, not only at certain musical cues, but also certain lyrical cues. Could I have done better? Of course! But I don't have access to DH 7.2 and I'm not going to break the law to get it. Could I have included Fan Service Dobby? Of course, but that death is trivial compared to the three in my video.

    The first video is ruined by text (why spell it out for viewers?), a terrible song with indiscernible lyrics (when does 30 Seconds to Mars ever sound good?), and using a bootleg copy where an ugly filter had to be used, drowning out many scenes. If the creator would have waited a few months, a screener would have floated about. The exact same video could have been made in early to late November.

    I adore the "where I feel at home" one. I've watched it like 10 times now and I still tear up every time. It just perfectly depicts the entire Potter experience.

    The OP one is really well done. The bit showing all the deaths really got me. It's been four years and I still am not over most of the deaths from Deathly Hallows.

    Sorry, but your video honestly makes me feel nothing. I honestly find myself falling asleep when I try to watch it and fast forwarding to find a better part. I'm not saying this to be mean to you, it's simply what is happening. Mostly I blame the song. Just not a good song. Sounds like a million other songs out there.
