Thanks for putting them together, it's very nice to see how they evolved through the films.
I think the DH one is not a finialized one, it looks like the one in HBP with altered colours. As for my favorite, it's hard to pick but I would go with either the GoF one (I like the reflection and the chrome-y feel more than the stone ones) or the HBP one (I like the clouds in this one).

the one with SS feels like any other movie, nothing special the one with CoS feels a bit more special the logos after the POA one have that special tone that its a harry potter movie in POA I like how it starts to appear with lumos in GoF I like that we see Nagini in the logo in OotP its a bit more depressing which its the tone of the whole movie in HBP I like all the lightning going on behind the logo...
I just noticed that all the WB logos after the POA zooms throught the logos in CoS the logo sorts of glide or something and PS has nothing special
EDIT: I got it!! in PS and CoS the colors are yellow and blue, the letters and the outline are yellow while the background is blue, in the other logos, there is no color in the background, that why it zooms through the logos and CoS sorts of glide

I like the OOTP one, because it's so dark and murky, with all that whispering in the background. They changed the logo for HBP to lighten it up actually, and to me it looks kind of meh - the tingly music doesn't help.
My favourite is probably the GOF one, because it appears out of complete darkness, and I love the shiny look to it. The music at the start of GOF is really epic too.
I'm not going to judge the DH logo because we don't know if it's the finalized one. And it seems like HBP's WB logo in the first trailers.
My favourite is HBP's, hands down. It's beautiful. I also like GoF's one because it's like shiny metal and I love the way Nagini slithers through it. PoA's isn't anything really interesting but the whole trick with Lumos Maxima was very creative.
