Look Sue , Pottermore didn´t say how they will send the emails .. but it is not 100% day order , some people who are not 1 Day-ers are in , but the most of those who got in are 1 Day-ers .
We don´t know the real '' Way '' , but be patient and you will be in soon enough

your actions resemble mine greatly, though when i see a new email, i'm full of hope and despair('cause I guess that it's not a Pottermore email; and so far I'm right every time) and when it turns out it isn't pottermore, it goes straight to 'trash mail.'
Guys .. Pottermore is sending the emails in a '' letter wave '' which means , many other people will get it at the same time ... So you will be able to know if today´s emails are here or not by checking this thread ,
