With Opera, Chrome, Firefox, etc. available, nobody should be using IE unless you're taking online courses that only work on IE.

So I have one question on how it works - do you just play through all the events, kind of like a game, or is the story read to you, or do you have to read the book and on every few pages is an event that you click on to play or something..?

I don't know, but it makes sense to at least have extracts from it or something. And on images with bits on the Dursleys etc, it looks like text in the background.
