  Thats only 1 reason.
  
  The reason they're showing more footage from Part 2 is simply because there is going to be more action in Part 2, and that's the movie everybody is looking forward to. Part 1 will be good, but no way is it going to be better than Part 2. I would love to see more footage from Part 1, and less from 2, and I'm sure we'll get that with the next trailer, which is supposed to be focused on Part 1 only.

  I think they are showing most part 2 because they want Part 1 to be suprise ,and when the part 1 hits the theaters they re going to promote part 2 as well pictures posters trailer clips etc there is actions in part 1 as well the cafe attack the ministry the snatchers the godrics hollow the intense scene destroying the locket and even malfoy manor.
