So I made 2 accounts, 2 different email addresses. The surname is the same but the first name differs. Thing is, I am called Beci and my cousin is Rebecca, so it is for 2 different people but our names are REALLY similar! I registered for her cause she was in work. Oh and I just used my birthday for her account because I couldn't remember hers... do you reckon I should change some details on one of them to make it look less suspicious?
Awesome. Last thing I want is to get banned! I think I may actually break down in tears if I do (as pathetic as that sounds for a grown ass woman to cry over a website!) Anyways, I'm StarPhoenix11 on there...
I was just wondering what you guys thought of people making more than one Pottermore account just to sell the spare....or making them even when they are not at all interested in HP just to make a profit out of it. I thought that it was supposed to be a privilage to get in early...to have the knowledge to answer the question etc. Trying to make an account for a friend is ok, but making them just for profit seems wrong to me. Please let me know what you think about this.

You will be the first to enter to the 3rd challenge day oh, and you can add an alarm, so you can sleep, and then wake up to register into Pottermore
How do I add the website?
Install the extension. Then go to pottermore.com and click on the Page Monitor icon and select "Monitor This Page". You're done! Now whenever this page changes, the monitor icon will display a notification on its badge. Of course, you can repeat this for any number of pages.

Like i wrote in another thread; I don't see why people make several accounts. Isn't one enough? Isn't it enough that they actually are one of the lucky few? Or do they have to take away someone elses chance by making as many accounts as they can. When I got to register, I thought that I could do the same thing again and make an account for my friend too, but then I felt that it just wouldn't be right to do that.

I agree for the most part. The only thing I disagree with is the making accounts for your friend thing. I think that is acceptable if you know your friend is a big HP fan and would use Pottermore, and I'm not just saying this because my friend made me one. I stayed up late for the clue, but I got really unlucky with the registration process, so my friend made me one. They also made others for our other friends in our "group" of HP fans.
I don't like how people are making multiple accounts for themselves though.
Just got in!!! So excited, and love my screename: CharmShield206! Definitely happy to have a screename that reminds me of the last few chapters of the Deathly Hallows (when Harry, under the invisibility cloak, was casting shield charms to protect loved ones battling with death eaters and Voldemort). Now time to check my email obsessively until I get that email granting me access!
Lol .. don´t you think it is unfair , that we waited 11 hours for the clue , and they got it easily .. NOTE: Gratz for all new pottermore members , I am not talking about you , I am talking about the system of Pottermore team
It is pretty easy. I had to answer a question about how many points Gryffindor were leading Slytherin by before Harry caught the snitch in POA. Then i had to multiply it by 49, i think it was. And to top it all off... you have to levitate a magical quill.
The questions get easier tommorow apparently so if anyone else is going for it, it shouldn't be hard I don't think yesterday was hard.. I just had to find the section in the book where I know the quidditch match was cancelled for Hermione
lol .. you don´t need to find the ´right ch. , many sites are showing the answer in 5 minutes after the release of the clue The hardest thing is the time , and it is much easier now [ like 4 ET - 7 ET ) .
Do you guys think that pottermore will make a cinematic animation quidditch match every month or every 3th month and everyone watch it together and chat. GOGO Gryffindor

I was actually quite annoyed at people making more than one account for themselves and then just selling them, there are people out there who are die hard Potter fans and these other selfish people are ruining the experience. I know my sister made her friend who is a big HP fan an account because her mum was in the hospital and I think that is awesome to help someone out like that. It just really gets under my skin that people are trying to ruin this chance by trying to make a profit out of it. I think it should be stopped. Sorry if I stepped on anyone's toes etc. but I just get so riled up about stuff like this.
