McGonagall, Slughorn, Kingsley and Voldemort Duel

Right then guys and gals. I don't comment on here much as Richard rightly pointed out. So as we have just over 4 months till the first movie arrives and 1 year 1 week untill part 2 arrives, I'd like to discuss the duel between McGonagall, Slughorn, Kingsley and Voldemort.

1. Do you think it will actually happen
2. Where do you think it will happen (in the Great Hall as the book or elsewhere)
3. Will it just be spells or will it incorporate other things.

One final thought. I've a great interest in the costume design (only because i think its remarkable). What costumes you think each will wear. Something new or something seen before.

I think it will happen in the great hall but while they are dueling voldy other people will be fighting 2.

Of course anybody who read Deathly Hallows the book, would know defo that nothing is unimportant that could be changed! Of course they are going to change it, but I still have hope this battle happens because it is an important build up that Voldemort can take on so many, and the end is alot more dramatic this way.

I will answer your question then. I think there is just going to be a lot of random dueling. I do not think there is going to be a McGonagall, Slughorn, Kingsley verses Voldemort duel like in the book. I think there is just going to be random dueling.

I do hope we get more of the kids fighting and less of the adults because we have gotten hardly any of the kids dueling in the past films.

Agree with ya there,but its unlikely......theyll focus on the adults,the violence would look worse if they had the kids dueling and they dont want an R.....

They aren't going to get an R. We already know there are dead kids laying around. I hate it that they show the adults dueling so much. At least we know this time that the trio will be on their own for the first film.

I hope we'll see more of the adults in the movies, because we saw too much of kids fighting in the last movies, that is my opinion...all adults must have a lot of screentime, or a lot more than in the previous movies....
we need to see that battle with mcgonagall and co. ....hopefully they have everything with mcgonagall in it...

Did any of the kids fight in the last film? I don't think so. All the kids got one spell apiece in OotP and then the adults took over. I want more of the kids.

the adults perhaps had 2 minutes more than the kids....in the book there were also more adults fighting...the kids have also no previous experiences...
it's the last movie, and they have 2 movies, so they have to give the adults more screentime than in the previous ones

I really hope not. I also don't think that is the case. We see a lot of the kids fighting in the trailers. Though we will see some of the adults fighting so that they can be killed off.

I wish this was in! I doubt it will be, though. One of my favourite parts of the Battle.
