The moments where Snape discovers Lily, then holds her and cries are, well, not really my favorites parts, almost my least favorites. Simply because slow motion and emotional scores are not my taste (although this one is 100000 time better than, say, Sirius' death).
What I find very moving is when young Harry and Severus make eye contact: given what we just saw about heartbroken Snape, the moment is very powerful and full of nostalgia, because we just know how much complex is Snape's character.
Severus, don't be a fool... He can't help it. It's habit by now. Sirius, be quiet! Be quiet yourself, Remus! Listen to you two, quarrelling like an old married couple. Why don't you run along and play with your chemistry set?
i was trying to find this scene on youtube...it's so superbly done, i just knew someone would put it up... maybe, the WB hounds have had it taken down or something.

Yeah, it's highly possible if someone posted it, they would take it down, I once uploaded the full Harry's death, and it got taken down in half a minute. :P
Anyone else got an odd feeling in their stomach with the shot of the doll or Harry standing up in the forest? I can't explain it, but those two shots for whatever reason just seemed to place a rock in stomach, like it felt like the series or whatever was over and those two shots just made me feel something, lollll. I have no idea
I love, love, love the freakish close ups of harry's toys in his room during the prince tale, it's a small touch but it's really good, I can't explain why, it was just beautifully creepy.
My favourite part was definitely when Snape shows Dumbledore his patronus! Though I thought it was too quick, I almost forgot it was a doe until Dumbledore said it. I wish it would have been a bit more clear, just to also remind us that it was the same doe that shows Harry the sword in DH part 1. Man, if only that scene could have lasted forever, that chapter broke my heart in the book, and it felt too short in the movie .
I loved all of it. I was crying like a baby the whole time. I was really worried that they weren't gonna put the patronus/Always scene in, but they did and it was beautiful. Poor Sev.. =((
