absolutely snape is forgiven i don't condone his constant bullying of harry but i understand it. he had a tragic painful past and a reason for doing everything he did
Yes he is forgiven. He knew he made a mistake and did everything to rectify it. He made have bullied Harry and hated seeing so much of James in him but he was ALWAYS protecting him and did see Lily in him finally in the very end.
Coulson, he played a more realistic Tom Riddle. Tom wasn't some major creeper like the two in HBP, the one that's ralph fnnes nephew played younger tom riddle well, but I just thought it was creepy as hell and a bit un-realisitic
Ah well, it was still good but yeah, Coulson def gets my vote.
I'm surprised by all the Coulson votes. Dillane, by a mile. Coulson felt exaggerated, perhaps because of Colombus' direction. Generic bad guy attitude. Dillane actually felt genuinely evil and manipulative, and reminded me much more of book Voldy than Coulson did.
If i heard the word 'murder' in any conversation i would get chills, let alone when i'm hearing from someone who clearly wants to commit and has already done so at the young age of 16.
I first thought Coulson, he got me warm and all, I would almost fall for him. Falling for the darkest wizard evah is kinda freaking scary, I think that's the whole point of Tom Riddle. Thinking of what he looks like in the last movies, oh my gosh I'm freaking out even more, he's supposed to be the same person. Then I thought of this Dillane, wheee he made me have nightmares, the way he was so manipulating and his 'murder'thing (like has been said here before) he's giving me the creeps.
So I'll make this voting clean by voting half and half. I would have said Dillane, but he misses the sexappeal. He freaks me out, but it would have been even worse if he was very VERY attractive like Coulson.
Also Yates directed how the Felix Felicis should go.
Spielberg is noted for visually quoting from classic movies.
In the burial of Aragog, we have a visual quote from "Waiting For Godot."
In "Waiting" you have several guys standing around with no scenery except a tree. In the Aragog scene we have three characters sharing a bleak landscape with a dead spider.
In Potter we have a scene arising from liquid luck. Slughorn gives a silly, rambling speech about a spider.
In "Waiting" a character named Lucky gives the most amazing rambling speech about nothing at all. One of the most memorable speeches ever filmed.
Oh. My. GOD! To you my friend, I tip my imaginary hat, give a standing ovation, and kiss you on each cheek.
In my opinion, Dillane wins. Coulson is wayy to hammy. Sure, half the big name actors are, but they pull it off. But especially the way Coulson milks the giant cow during his one effective line. And yes, I am an avid Troper.

After reading Deathly Hallows, would you consider Snape avenged and forgive him?
Yes or no and why. It's got to be either yes or no so we can get a vote.
Edit: And it looks like general consensus for the veil is that other than JKR statement, no one has a damn clue.
Is dumbledore 100% good?
Christian Coulson vs. Frank Dillane
COS Tom Riddle - HBP Tom Riddle.
Personally, I prefer Christian Coulson - I saw an interview someone linked on IMDB once with Frank Dillane and he is a narcissistic jerk.
Mysterious thing time.
EDIT: nm, Frank Dilane is creepy as hell. I choose Frank Dilane.
