I know, his death was so amazingly done... It was so brutal and shocking and horrific even if we didn't see it face on. And his line delivery! I thought I was going to cry (and I never cry, I just find it very hard to do). "Take it, take it" and then... The Prince's Tale. Extraordinary, it had its own climax and its own "life", it built and built until we see the shot of Snape holding Lily, crying... It's still stuck in my head.

Yeah I thought Snape's death was a little underwhelming until Harry collects the memories, that was when it really hit me. And the Prince's Tale was just mindblowing and phenomenal.

Snapes death was fantastic! Rickmans performance was perfect. LV slashing his neck, Nagini killing him....even though I knew it was coming, my jaw dropped and my eyes went big. I was shocked. And his moment with Harry....telling him to take the memories, 'look..at..me', you have your mothers eyes. All of it. Perfect.

I loved the memory of him crying/upset over their deaths when DD told him that the Potters put their trust in the wrong person and so did he. He just looks so anguished and in pain there. perfect.

If you guys really really really looked closely at him being pounced by Nagini (and if your theater screen was crystal clear) then in fact you COULD see Nagini biting him. Most people thought that you just hear Snape being slammed into the window and you see his shadow, but after seeing it 3 times and looking close i actually saw Nagini strike his neck and a few blood squirts!
