I registered recently here as I loved how we can at this forum discuss the films' different aspects and getting excited about them and anticipate them, it has been fun for a while until I noticed the ridiculous amount of hate and bashing topics posted recently. It's obvious that the book are over, only the films remain to be released, why the heck would someone hang around a fan forum If he call the films "hacks" in the first place? It's no problem to complain about things once in a while but to be constantly whiny about it is just plain annoying, I agree completely with aaron, all what the haters do is to keep the real fans of the films away from this forum.
Glad we've all agreed to move on. For the most part I don't mind and even tolerate some Yates bashing because I can see it from other people's point of view (Is it too much to ask they see it from mine as well?) however it got WAY out of control this time around.
What if I started a thread that was title, "Alfonso Cuar

David Yates is an amazing director, but I still can not believe that some of you keep blaming him for things that are in charge of other people in the crew. It is completely stupid to be excited about THE DEATHLY HALLOWS, if you hate David Yates! I mean WTF???

Initially I was not a fan of Yates. I absolutely hated the Order of the Phoenix which I thought was just awful for many reasons. However, he really won me over with the Half-Blood Prince and I think it's deffinitely my favourite of the series joint with the Goblet of Fire. From the two clips we've seen I'm liking the look of the movie and I'm looking forward to seeing the trailer tomorrow because you can almost get a feel of the movie. I'm not too worried though, after HBP I think he's going to do it justice.
Oh well i love all the films BTW,just that.....well lets put it this way,i dont like the additions yates puts and changes.....thats all i got against him......lets just put this in the past,i dont want to get in troubleby u guys again lol!!! R:,)))
sup richard.........been busy with my friends doing stupid stuff............and everyday this week we were hanging out around universal studios..........a lot of the time in Hogsmeade............and I will watch DH........I am a huge fan.......but I still hate Yates...........
