I think Cadmus pointed out that it is the equivalent of an R rating here and that the previous films were rated the same.

Deathly Hallows Part 2 received a 12A certificate from the BBFC for "moderate threat, injury detail and language".

130 Minutes long.

I can't see them being shorter than Part 1's, they were 17 minutes... if there is any to change to that for Part 2, then i'd expect them to be longer, making the movie itself even shorter!
