They are just assuming that they wouldn't show a clip before the teaser trailer and therefore conclude that we must be getting the teaser. However, they have not confirmed this information . . . they are just speculating.

Don't get me wrong, I REALLY hope it's the teaser (and they could be guessing right) but they are just assuming we'll get the teaser based on the idea that Warner Bros. wouldn't release a clip before the teaser.

Damn! I hope theyre right cause its logical to show a trailer before a clip. And I heard that the narnia trailer will go before toy story which is BS cause it hits theaters in Dec. We need an HP trailer now!!!!

Well it is possible that it is the trailer, seeing as they've never released a clip this early before.

Still, if not a trailer and it actually is a clip I wouldn't expect anything too big.

Last year's MTV clip was the memory of Tom Riddle. But it wasn't the very first clip; the 1st clip WAS Ron and the love potion, but that aired on Ellen. However, these all premiered months and months after the teaser trailer, which came out July 2008. These came out like May/June 2009.
