How big is the snatcher attack?

In the game preview it looks quite big but in the film it look tiny with about no more than 10 people chasing the trio (or is that a different scene?)

    I think there is only like ten people chasing them in the film, but there is going to be some sort of firefight. There were holes in the side of Luna's house from what looks like spells being cast. I still think there may only be around ten death eaters, but it also looks like the trio gets split up at some point.

    Like i said though they do get split up and maybe some of then are in the Lovegood house when it collapses which i guess we don't know if it collapses or not, but i think it will be damaged. It looks like there is only six in the photos we have, but Ron has already split of from Harry and Hermione at this point and i am assuming that some will chase him. I still think around ten is probably right.

    Well they just get split up for a moment while they are being chased before they are captured. The whole scene at the Lovegood's house happens on the same day as the snatcher chase and capture and taken to Malfoy Manor scenes. That is the climax and the end of the film unless they change it during editing which i hope not.

    It is possible that there will be twenty death eaters, but that seems like a lot to have on screen for this scene. If they are split into different groups though, i guess i could see that. There are only six following Harry and Hermione though near the end of the chase.

    Maybe Ron gets captured first and then Hermione and then Harry gets away because he is running ahead and all of the sudden he realizes he is alone, so he goes back for them. I am still a little confused about when he will get stung in the film. It may be that this all happens very quickly.

    Well there have been around 20 people cast as Snatcher's, but perhaps they also appear in different scenes? Or maybe the other snatchers are at a camp/base type area that the trio will be taken to? Maybe there are only so many left because the others have already been injured?

    It hard to say because we don't know much about the scene.

    Well we know that they were filming multiple scenes when they were filming in Swinley forest. They filmed some of the final scenes as well as this snatcher chase scene. They may have used different snatchers in different places. Who knows how that is going to work out?

    I actually think knowing that this all happens on the same day is very helpful to figuring out how the film is going to play out.

    True, I also remember reading about over 20 Death Eater extras were filming a battle scene there as well.

    What throws me off is that in the Sneak Peek there were shots of Harry and Ron running uphill and firing spells at something in front of them whereas the other scenes show the trio running in full pelt forward with a group of snatchers close behind. I've also never been able to make out Greyback in those brief shots.

    Maybe the actual teaser will give us more insight as to what is going on?

    Well the shots of Ron and Harry running up a hill firing spells is of another scene because Harry is wearing different clothes. From the snatcher chase scene there is a shot of Harry, Ron, and Hermione running away from some snatchers. There is a shot of Ron either getting hit by a spell or knocked over in some other way. Then there is a shot of Harry jumping over a tree followed by Hermione and chased by a six death eaters. Then there is a shot of Harry running alone.

    If you tell me how to put up a photo or a link i will put up the best photo i have where you can sort of see which one is Greyback.

    This might help . . . but what's that behind the tree to the right? Not a seventh one is it? I could just be seeing things but looks like there could possibly be another snatcher (I might be pulling at straws here)

    So tell me dashape how do you put a photo into the thread? The codes i know do not seem to work.

    Decarus, I first crop the photo so it's about 700 pixels wide or less (just so It's not massive). Then I upload it on tinypic.com (or imageshack would work as well as photobucket I guess). Once it's uploaded I copy the direct link code and then come here and type in the image html code (img src=""). Don't use the parenthesis, I just put them there so the code would show up. In between the "" you paste the direct link code and it loads right up. Hope this helps :-)

    Ditch the [ and the ] and add the carrots instead < at the beginning and the > at the end

    Do you have both boxes checked in forum preferences?

    Well what i was saying about photo is that you can see that it is another guy because you can see his arm.

    They aren't death eaters because they don't have a dark mark. They are still bad. That is really the only difference. Only the inner circle of those considered death eaters have the dark mark.

    I really don't think it matters how many there are, what matters is that its gonna be great. The game already showed how AWESOME the scenes w/ Death Eaters look, so I'm pretty sure it'll be good.

    Yep, I think we're fine on action. From what the game trailer shows, there's a LOT more action than I expected. Probably because they don't really have enough challenges to make a fully fledged video game. But I love how they make Harry's wand sound like a gun shooting.
