That's good. I mean, we have Dementors, Giants and Spiders. It's enough. This isn't a Narnia battle that felt like a chaotic zoo.
Concerning the second phase of the battle, I think it happens this way:
a) Voldemort wakes up in the forest, Narcissa checks if Harry's alive and they all march triumphantly
b) Voldemort and the Death Eaters walk through the viaduct and reach the Courtyard, where Neville and the Hogwartians confront them. A battle begins in the courtyard. Harry reveals himself and the Hogwartians retreat in the Great Hall.
c) The battle continues in the Entrance Hall/Great Hall. Bellatrix is killed by Molly at some point.
d) Harry begins his battle his Voldemort as they chase each other through the castle; Meanwhile, Nagini is thrashing the Great Hall and Ron and Hermione try to kill her.
e)Harry and Voldemort end up on the ramshackle tower and fall off. They fly around the castle, while battling each other. At some point they land on the courtyard where they lock spells. Ron and Hermione are almost killed by Nagini, but Neville beheads the snake. Voldemort feels mortal again and the Elder Wand flies to Harry and the curse rebounds on Voldemort. The battle is over.
P.S. I hope that we see a lot of aerial shots of the battle in Hogwarts during daytime. The feel is so epic and I hope that the battle doesn't take place only in the Courtyard/Great Hall but expands in the surrounding towers a bit, as well. This part of the battle has such a great 'Saving Private Ryan'/'Return of the King' feel.

Yeah I hope there is plenty of aerial shots of the castle particularly over near Hagrid's hut and the clocktower.I too hope that the battle isn't mainly focused in the entrance courtyard with the new viaduct.
