  Heh, just watched some news on this, and apparently the kid is 12 years old. Thought he was about the same age as the victim.

  parents are failing to teach their children how to respect others...the little punk should learn from this, if he has the capacity too. bullies and their lazy parents leave a wake of fear, pain and humiliation everywhere they go. the schools dont want to get too involved, because they dont want to get sued.
