He did defeat Voldemort because he had ownership over the Elder Wand, but the fact that he had all 3 Hallows does not contain much signifigance in terms of the plot. There are lots of fans who think that Harry survived the forest confrontation because he had all 3 Hallows which is not true.
well...to me it had plenty of importance...u know owning the elder wand is what made him defeat voldemort...the resurrection stone is what allows him to have the force to walk to his death with his parents...and not fighing back, wich is what finally destroyed the horrcrux wihin him...and please dont be so unfair with the cloak! maybe they didnt use it in this movie, but in the whole SAGA it saved them many times!! So i Guess the Hallows is actually what made Harry a total winner against voldemort.

Never thought of it like that(even though it sounds pretty obvious).
-The Resurrection Stone: Gave him the 'courage' to walk to him 'death'. The beginning of Voldemort's fall.
-The Cloak of Invisibility: Allowed him to stay alive during the 2nd part of the battle and finally face Voldemort.
-The Elder Wand: What ultimately caused Voldemort's death.
So basically each Hallow contributed to Voldemort's death, and he used them as you should(except the wand, but still).
