I agree that most of the recent deleted scenes have been completely worthless, but putting a howler above something that pretty much every Potter fan desires just seems a little sad. :-/

Trelawney eating is hilarious... totally undermines Umbridge but there's no way that was intended for the final cut

I don't think so. The Maximum Movie Mode is 80 minutes long. And it should include the Battle.

It wasn't even important in the film. Most of it was cast aside, and there was never any character fighting other than the obvious two. I'm surprised that wasn't cut, to be honest.

That's funny, because you missed one out... the score featurette. Which was on Youtube well before the DVD's and Blu Ray's release. Remember JK's documentary in the HBP extras? Well, that was on TV over a year beforehand.

The score featurrete was originally 7 minutes long in the Collector Edition of Part 1's score. The one released in Youtube and the DVD was a short version of it.

I wish they'd edit the deleted scenes in to the film and give us the option to watch an extended edition.

No, because the deleted scenes in the latter films have no meaning (other than In Noctem) so, if i saw most of those on the big screen, i'd have to puke. They'd have to include scenes that they cut completely... the ones that didn't even make it to the extras.
