I remember in one of the shots that angles down towards the entrance hall, you can see somebody standing alone facing the courtyard. I think it's when they land or when Voldy's dust floats up.

Yes, but it doesn't really matter, because unless they pause it, no one would notice. At least not when watching it in the theatre. Plus that shot is very short.

Harry/Voldemort were in the Viaduct Courtyard, Neville was in the Great Hall, and Ron/Hermione were on the staircase.

It was the Entrance Hall part which had me confused.

You can tell stuff was cut in the R/Hr vs. Nagini thing, because in one shot they're high up the staircases, then the next shot they're all the way down in the Entrance Hall.
