I knew that anyway. She has been in a number of the previous Potter films and is also clearly seen besides Harry as he hears the first scream from an unidentified girl in The Great Hall.
Lavender fought in the Battle of Hogwarts, during which she fell from a balcony and was attacked by the werewolf Fenrir Greyback. Rushing to her aid, Hermione blasted Greyback away from her with a powerful spell, and Professor Trelawney dropped a crystal ball on his head. Immediately after the attack, she feebly stirred. It is unknown if she survived and recovered from this attack.
LOL a Crystal ball well that is deleted ..
P.S the Duel between Luna And Bellatrix was deleted too.
It is unknown if Lavender survived, though, in the interview of the finale of harry potter, J.K Rowling specifically said that lavender did not die and did not turn into a werewolf. In the book also, it doesn't say whether she died or not. However, J.K. Rowling stated that Lavender did survive and this is highly likely.
She is dead in the film, in the book we don't know, it's not established properly.
Lord Stafford.
but this is what jk is saying..and yes in the book we dont know..but this was meant in the film Lavander is not dead...

The covering? Parvati was cut and Padma is the second girl to scream in the Great Hall. You can also see her amongst the crowd in the procession scene!

Parvati is not cut you can see her behind Sprout, Slughorn and Madame Pomfrey in the time of Voldemort´s speech. It is definitely her. That´s the only time you can see her though.
Poor Lavender. She'll be the same species that Bill Weasley is. Not in the movie though, since it looked like she was dead.
Why does it matter if Lavender is dead in the film and not in the books?
Because it was confirmed later that in the book Lavender definitely survives, so they really shouldn't have made her look dead in the movie. And if she didn't die in the movie then they should have made that clear later on or something.

Yeah, I know, but does it really matte? She's a minor character and it's just a small scene. Draco assumed Bill was dead when passing him in the book yet he turned out alive, so Lavender could be alive in the movie as well. I'm just saying, even if she's dead in the movie and not in the book, it really doesn't matter

...yeah. That's true. lol I wish they put that bit about Bill in HBP. The fight in Hogwarts at the end was nothing like the book.
Remember the scene seems that Geyback bite her on carotid, so we can conclude she dead, in HP5 Magical doctor save Arthur after he was bite by a Snake with lot of difficulty so imagine during an battle
Lavender, like so many others, was already dead... she couldn't have been saved or revived. Arthur, i guess managed to fight off Nagini and escape, thus... he survived.

Lol! My point exactly. =D They kind of set it up, but then everyone just ran away after Dumbledore was killed. Let Downnnn.
But I'm with you Jack, I'm a huge fan of Lavender in the films, great casting
