I think Daniel really knows and understands the severity of his performance in this film-- this coupled with Yates' stress on the performances will mean very good things for the character performance here. Dan has gotten really, really good from Order of the Phoenix on.

I would love it more than anything for his glasses to break during the battle and have Hermione repair them just like in the first film. Dan looks heartbreaking here, he is able to convey the mixed emotions of Harry just by the look on his face.

Have they changed the color of the blood to green/gray on that cut in the trailers so it would be PG?

I don´t think so- remember the blood on Hermione´s hands in DH1- at first, it had been erased, then changed to brown... and finally red in a movie..

Urp... That's exactly what I just said. :-?? They toned down the blood for the trailer just like with Hermione.
The trailer needs to be PG so they made it green/gray, while in the movie the blood will be still red.
