Griphook, as we all should know by now, falls by the hand of the Dark Lord... well, i can see him here, laying to our left of Nagini, even though he escapes with the trio in Part 1, so that must mean that Griphook doesn't reach Gringotts and therefore that must mean that Voldy doesn't go there as well.

This is another contradiction, it seems.

I already thought it was kinda weird because the trio is gone long before voldemort gets there so why wouldn't griphook have escaped, you theory might explain it

Griphook is at Shell Cottage, makes a deal with the Trio and they go to Gringotts. He helps them but steals the Sword of Gryffindor. He's then interrogated by Voldemort and gets killed. The Sword of Gryffindor disappears from the goblin's hands. Everything's been confirmed by test-screeners.

Now I caught a glimpse of a Gringotts guard on the floor. Bleeding? Being tortured? Dunno. But I doubt it's the Malfoy Manor. Only DEs and goblins are there. So I guess that Voldemort does go to Gringotts, the Death Eaters (remember that shot in the ABC sneak peek?) take the goblins and bring them to Malfoy Manor, where Voldemort learns about the cup and kills them all. It's been also confirmed that he only lets Bellatrix and the Malfoys live.

Although really, for all the effort it would take, you'd think they'd at least show Wormtail among the dead there. I think it would be slightly lazy of them not to.

I find it odd that so many of the test screeners would confuse two fundamentally different locations, but it is still possible. Unless there's a second slaughter when Voldemort arrives at Gringotts (Bellatrix could say something about the sword), trying to locate the trio in time and Griphook is the only one who remains?

It's obviously the Malfoy Manor. But since people said that they also saw Gringotts, maybe Voldemort arrives at Gringotts and sees the mess and that's the shot of these two DEs (ABC sneak peek) pointing their wands at someone on the floor. Probably Voldemort demands he talk with the goblins. So the scene cuts to the slaughter in Malfoy Manor and Voldemort realizing that his Horcruxes are missing. It works fine.

rich, it happens when the Trio dives in the lake. I remember a test-screener mentioning that Harry is seemingly 'fighting' with something underwater, but it's actually the pain of his scar as he sees Voldemort killing the goblins and learning about the Horcruxes.

I was not really excited for Malfoy Manor again, but after seeing the trailer yesterday, I no longer feel that way LOL

So, the slaughter in Malfoy Manor occurs before the escape on the dragon. After they reach the lake, Voldemort arrives at the bank and sees the guards still interrogating some of the goblins, Griphook included. Some of the Death Eaters must still be there because we see them pointing their wands in the sneak peak.
