In my opinion, the best deleted scene in the series after "In Noctem"...

Seriously, why did they remove Umbridge's extended monologue?
The dialogue that's added in the scene (in the theatrical edition, she stops after "You know, I really hate children..."):
"You know, I really hate children. You really are the most untidy creatures. Lord knows I tried to help you, to instill discipline and respect for decorum. I've tried my very best to bring order, but at every turn I've been assailed by chaos. AND THEN LOOK WHAT YOU'VE DONE TO ME! I REALLY CANNOT TAKE IT ANYMORE! B-but I must...authority must be upheld. Sometimes, the ends do justify the means - certainly, no one could blame me...and if it falls to me to sort this, to tie up the loose ends, then so be it. For the Greater Good, I will do what must be done!"
Makes the scene more chilling - amazing acting by Imelda Staunton here.

Wow. That she was willing to take it that far on kids. Disturbing that she was actually raising her wand at them just as the centaurs arrived.
